SUBSEA PRODUCTION (Return
to course list page)
OBJECTIVES
This course covers the technology of subsea production systems as used
in deep water and in small or satellite oil and gas fields. It provides
the technical knowledge needed to perform design, evaluation and operations
of such systems. The course describes the hardware, the installation, the
operation, the control and the maintenance of subsea production systems.
Further, it presents the process of planing, designing and analyzing subsea
development projects.
PREREQUISITES
The course assumes several years of working experience with offshore
production operations and a solid engineering background in relevant disciplines.
DURATION
The course is available in three variants:
10 days An in-depth analysis
course at graduate engineering level.
5 days A Crush course
for practicing engineers
3 days A brief technical
orientation course
