Using a Toshiba WLM-20U2 in Windows 7
Follow the description here where you replace "Panasonic" with "Toshiba", and "USB\VID_04DA&PID_3904" with "USB\ID_0930&0A08".

Wiping disks with dd - speed vs. block size
From the results below it looks like that 4k and above are significantly faster. If you want to minimize cpu time as well, then 64k and 128K are best (at least with the setup above).

"Unbricking" Allwinner A13 tablet
This tablet came with Android 4.0.4 and with a non-original 4.1.2 the camera didn't work. After trying to fix this with adb (adb push "script.bin" /bootfs/script.bin) the tablet seemed dead or bricked. Following the advice here by holding the power button for about 30 seconds, I were able to reflash it with LiveSuit.

Xeon E5520 and Asus P6T SE
Xeons are not officially supported by this motherboard, but the E5520 works (at least with bios 0908). It also works with an E5645.

Asus P7H55-M LX and overclocking
Bios 0406 supports basic overclocking.

Okipage 8w lite and 64 bit windows 7
The driver for 64 bit windows XP works with 64 bit windows 7.

Xeon and P55

I got a Xeon 3430 for half price and some time later I found a good offer on a Gigabyte GA-P55-UD3. They work fine together, and according to the post here, Xeons should work in most (all?) P55 motherboards.
