====== Download software from IGV ======

Please note that this software is for **ACADEMIC USE ONLY**.

Preferred method:
  * Log into an NTNU student PC.
  * Map network drive \\stol.igp.ntnu.no\IGP_programs$ (should work without entering your username and password).
  * Copy the software to an USB memory stick, move the stick to your own PC and install.

Alternative method:
  * From your own PC: Map network drive \\stol.igp.ntnu.no\IGP_programs$, select "connect using different credentials" with win-ntnu-no\”username” and password.
  * If you're outside the NTNU network (excluding guest), you have to connect through [[programs:vpn|VPN]].
  * If this doesn't work, try the method above.

If you're using linux, you could try smb:%%//%%stol.igp.ntnu.no/IGP_programs$
in the address field in your file explorer. Use win.ntnu.no\"username" as your user name.
