Friday September 7th Hongbo Zhoo will give two lectures in seismic inversion and imaging. Hongbo Zhou is Head of Exploration Research in Statoil Gulf Serives, Houston, Texas. He holds a M.S. degree in Computational Mathematics, and a Ph.D. in Geosciences. His research interest is in seismic depth imaging and high performance computing.

In addition, Prof. Børge Arntsen will give a talk on seismic inversion.
