We are inviting you to attend the 6th Nordic Symposium on Petrophysics.
The registration form follows below, as well as in Word and Acrobat formats. It is also possible to register at the opening day of the Symposium. If you plan to register at the opening day, please send us an e-mail so we can estimate catering etc. in advance - failing to do so may leave you without lunch and dinner. If you want the Nordic symposium to book hotel, the deadline is 10th April. Please return this form by fax or letter. Sorry, no secure e-mail facility is available; e-mails with credit card information is sent at your own risk.
